Camlec's Timeline 

• Camlec Electrical was founded in 1985 and secured contracts for M&B Breweries as well as private clients. In 1996, we started wiring boilers for British Gas in the Midlands.
• British Gas asked us to start installing boilers and heating systems in 1998, and we became Camlec Electrical and Heating. In 2003, we were awarded a contract with Birmingham City Council to install central heating on their decent homes initiative through Morrisons. We installed over 1500 boilers and central heating systems. 
• We installed our first solar thermal system in 2005, and since then, we have been involved in over 2000 solar thermal, solar PV, and air source heat pump installations.
